I want a more sophisticated teen look...help!? - how to be more sophisticated and mature

So I just started my second year and I grew up in the summer, physically, but emotionally especially. I have more confidence, outgoing girl and I want to show the world!

So basically my style is not shown in the last few years, women are semi-simple and fair. My wardrobe consists generally of Hollister tanks (many of them!), Short jeans, with distance (it ends with white trousers and short skirts, too) and T-shirts and sneakers or a matte black base. It's almost the "average" teenage clothing style, but I want more than anything else. How can I change my clothes more "sophisticated, but not too conservative, even in my age group?" I like the style of the kind, loving but not slutty, y'know?

At the moment I have no money to buy new clothes, but I would can I buy a couple of ideas, styles, and how can I go reinnovate clothes like you already!
